Job summary

Presbyterian Homes & Services seeks Part-Time Nursing Assistants (Home Health Aide/CNA) to support Folkestone in Wayzata, MN. You will perform ADLs, monitor residents, and assist with mobility in a faith-based nonprofit senior living environment.

Qualifications

• Caregiving experience preferred, but all applicants will be considered.
• Nursing Assistant Certification required for Long Term Care; Assisted Living does not require it.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English to communicate with residents and team members.

Responsibilities

• Perform ADLs as scheduled and assist other Resident Assistants as needed.
• Monitor changes in residents' condition.
• Assist residents with mobility using gait belt, lifts, or other methods.
• Ensure residents are cared for with dignity and respect.
