Job summary

Episcopal Homes of Minnesota is seeking a compassionate CNA to join our Nursing team in St. Paul, providing person-centered care in a home-like setting. Wage ranges between $22.50 and $24.50 per hour, with a 0.8 FTE schedule (approximately 60 hours over two weeks) and a 6:30am–2:30pm shift.

• CNA listed on Minnesota registry.
• Excellent communication with elders and families.

• Ability to follow care plans and safety procedures.
• English proficiency required in speaking and writing.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with ADLs.
• Observe and respond to elders' needs to promote independence.
• Document and report changes in health and status.
• Follow infection control and safety protocols.
• Assist with transfers and mobility with equipment when needed.
• Support restorative nursing and rehab programs as outlined.
• Record vital signs, weight, and height.
• Assist with meals and fluids per dietary plans.
• Maintain clean, organized resident rooms and shared spaces.
