Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide direct patient care in accordance with applicable standards and regulations. You will prepare rooms, greet admissions, and support residents with ADLs while coordinating with the care team.

The role requires current Kansas CNA certification, reliable charting, and adherence to safety and dietary guidelines, with duties including vitals, care documentation, and timely response to resident needs.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Kansas Nursing Assistant certification.
• Active, unencumbered CNA certification required.
• Pre-employment background check and drug test.
• Relias training completion required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care following federal/state guidelines.
• Greet admissions and assist with orientation.
• Take vitals and document per protocol.
• Assist with ADLs and restorative activities.
• Maintain clean, organized resident rooms.
• Respond to call lights promptly.
• Chart care and observations accurately.
• Coordinate transportation as needed.
• Ensure dietary restrictions are followed.
