Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, eating, grooming, toileting, and mobility under nurse supervision.
• Monitor and record vital signs and changes in health status.
• Support patient comfort, safety, and personal hygiene; report concerns to nursing staff.
