Job summary

River Terrace Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center, a 82-bed Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care facility, is seeking a part-time Certified Nursing Assistant to provide basic resident care under supervision, assist with activities of daily living, and help maintain a safe, comfortable environment.

Supported by Marquis Health Consulting Services, the team emphasizes compassion, dignity, and high-quality, resident-centered care.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Massachusetts CNA license.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to high-quality resident care.
• Strong communication and ability to follow directions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under supervision in a safe, compassionate, and respectful manner.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility).
• Provide supportive care to meet residents' physical and emotional needs.
• Observe residents and report changes to nursing staff promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Support nursing staff in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.
