Otterbein SeniorLife is seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA/STNA) in Ohio to provide compassionate resident care. Positions available in 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts, with full-time and part-time options.

Starting pay from $18.50 per hour, with shift differentials of $3.00 for 2nd shift and $1.50 for 3rd shift. Responsibilities include assisting residents with daily activities, supporting care under a nurse's supervision, and maintaining accurate care documentation.

Qualifications

• CNA/STNA certification required in Ohio, or Test Ready.
• Good documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to use proper lift technique and lifting equipment.

Responsibilities

• Care for residents needing help with bathing, eating, ambulation, and grooming.
• Provide a wide range of support under nurse supervision.
• Promote resident independence and comfort in daily life.
• Record care accurately and timely in documentation.
• Assist with meals and cooking favorite foods.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry tasks.
