Job summary

Otterbein SeniorLife is seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA/STNA in Ohio. Join a compassionate team delivering person-centered care in our diverse communities and Home Health, Hospice, or Home Office settings.

Positions available: Full-time or Part-time with 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. Starting pay is $18.50/hour with experience-based increases and shift differentials of $3.00 (2nd shift) and $1.50 (3rd shift).

Qualifications

• CNA/STNA certification in Ohio is required and must be listed on the Nurse Aide Registry.
• Strong documentation, communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to use proper lift techniques and lift equipment to move residents.

Responsibilities

• Care for residents needing assistance with daily tasks (bathing, eating, ambulating, hair care).
• Provide support under nurse supervision across tasks and routines.
• Encourage resident independence and daily living activities.
• Maintain accurate, timely care documentation.
• Assist with meal planning and share meals with residents.
• Perform laundry and light housekeeping.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
