Job summary

Trinity Health Corp. is seeking a Nurse Aide (CNA) for Mary's Meadow at Providence Place. The role provides per diem, part-time hours, and access to Day-1 benefits including DailyPay, holidays, PTO, tuition reimbursement, and vendor discounts.

The CNA delivers holistic, resident-centered care in a four-house Small-House setting with a focus on independence and safety, reporting to the NH Administrator and licensed nurse. MA certification is required.

Qualifications

• Must maintain CNA certification as required by the State of Massachusetts.
• Receive training in safe food handling techniques, CPR, First Aid, and Dementia Care.
• Showcase culinary skills for meal preparation.

Responsibilities

• Listen to reports and obtain assignments at shift start to understand resident care plans.
• Provide personalized care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility assistance.
• Participate in care planning meetings with the clinical support team to create resident-centered plans.
• Observe residents and promptly report changes to the nurse.
• Document care accurately in the electronic medical record system.
• Prepare and serve meals and snacks, ensuring residents’ preferences are met.
• Assist with laundry and maintain a clean, welcoming home environment; communicate with coworkers to ensure safety and engagement.
