PACE of Montgomery County, part of Trinity Health, is seeking a Certified Nurse Assistant to provide essential care and health support to senior participants. The role focuses on helping with daily living activities, mobility and safety in a community-based setting.

You will work a day shift in a full-time position, with a $1,500 sign-on bonus and Day-1 benefits. Tuition reimbursement up to $4,000 annually and vendor discounts are also offered.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Active Maryland CNA certification.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle for home care assignments.
• Experience in long-term care or geriatric program preferred.
• Minimum of one year working with frail/elderly population.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email/calendar systems.
• Ability to perform physical tasks up to 20 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Provide personal care to maintain independence in ADLs (toileting, showers, meals, grooming).
• Assist with physical activity, exercise, and walking.
• Offer supervision, medication reminders, dietary restrictions, and emotional reassurance.
• Assist with general activities including conversations, recreation, meals, and housekeeping.
