Mary's Meadow at Providence Place is seeking a compassionate CNA to provide holistic, resident-centered care in a four-house Small-House setting in Holyoke, MA. You will assist with daily living activities, collaborate with the clinical team, and document care in the EMR system, ensuring dignity and safety for residents.

Responsibilities include meal support, activities, and adherence to safety protocols, with opportunities for professional growth and participation in educational programs.

Qualifications

• Maintain a Certified Nurse Assistant (C.N.A.) certification as required by the State of Massachusetts.
• Receive training in safe food handling techniques, CPR, First Aid, and Dementia Care.
• Showcase your culinary skills for meal preparation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver holistic, resident-centered care under supervision of licensed staff.
• Assist with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility).
• Participate in care planning meetings with clinical team.
• Document care in electronic medical record system.
• Prepare and serve meals and assist with cleanup.
• Support with laundry and maintain a clean living environment.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers to ensure safety and engagement.
