Job summary

Trinity Health's Mary’s Meadow at Providence Place in Massachusetts is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our skilled nursing team on the 3rd shift (11pm–7:30am). You will deliver high-quality, resident-centered care in a home-like environment while supporting an interdisciplinary care team.

You will lead care planning, ensure safety and infection control, and advocate for residents' autonomy and dignity.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school or college of nursing.
• Current RN licensure in Massachusetts.
• Experience in long-term care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide self-directed care that meets or exceeds expectations.
• Lead the interdisciplinary care team to promote autonomy and dignity for residents.
• Ensure safety, infection control, and proper documentation.
