Homeview Health and Rehabilitation seeks Certified Nurse Aides to join our care team in Franklin, Indiana. You will assist residents with daily living activities, monitor health and well-being, and document care provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or working under a student permit.
• Must be ISDH-certified CNAs in good standing. Transitional arrangements exist for out-of-state CNAs.
• Basic computer skills including Excel and Word are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, toileting, oral hygiene, skin care, grooming and dressing.
• Feed residents, provide bedside water and snacks, and assist with transfers per care plan.
• Respond to resident call lights and requests for assistance promptly.
• Maintain resident rooms and organize personal belongings.
• Observe and report changes in appetite, skin or behavior per policy.
• Provide emotional support and build trust with residents.
• Protect resident confidentiality and HIPAA compliance at all times.
• Document vitals and care provided in medical records per policy.
• Follow safety and infection control protocols to keep a clean environment.
