Responsibilities
Assist the resident with completing Activities of Daily Living (ADL).
Respond to residents' call lights to provide maximum comfort, safety, and privacy.
Transport residents to areas of community by ambulation or wheelchair.
Report findings to nurse immediately.
Assist residents on admission, transfer, and discharge.
Safekeeping of residents’ personal possessions.
Keep resident rooms neat and safe.
Follow proper infection control techniques.
Respect the rights of each resident, particularly privacy and confidentiality.
Provide restorative care to prevent complications.
Ensure adequate hydration and nutrition of resident.
