Job summary

Majestic Care in Middletown, OH is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our caring team. As a CNA you will work with nursing staff to deliver direct hands-on care to residents, helping them with daily living activities and maintaining their independence in a respectful, compassionate environment.

You will respond to call lights, assist with transfers, monitor health and safety, and support families during adjustments.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL).
• Respond to call lights to ensure comfort, safety and privacy.
• Transport residents by ambulation or wheelchair within the community.
• Report significant findings to nurse promptly.
• Assist residents on admission, transfer and discharge to ensure smooth transitions.
• Safekeep residents' personal possessions.
• Keep resident rooms neat and safe.
• Follow proper infection control techniques.
• Respect the rights and privacy of residents.
• Re-teach residents to perform ADL skills.
• Provide restorative care to prevent pressure sores and contractions.
• Monitor intake, output, and weights as directed.
