Qualifications

• Active CNA license in the state of employed; license must be in good standing.
• Must maintain active certification and state testing status.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL).
• Respond to call lights to ensure comfort, safety, and privacy.
• Transport residents by ambulation or wheelchair within the community.
• Report significant findings to the nurse promptly.
• Assist with admission, transfer and discharge to ensure smooth transitions.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of resident rooms and belongings.
• Follow infection control procedures and respect resident privacy.
