Majestic Care of Newburgh is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team and support residents with compassionate, hands‑on care. The role focuses on assisting residents with daily living activities, safety, and quality of life within a supportive community setting.

Responsibilities include ADL assistance, responding to call lights, patient transport, and collaborative communication with nursing staff.

Qualifications

• Certified and state tested as a CNA; certificate must be active, valid, and in good standing.

Responsabilités

• Perform or assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL).
• Respond to call lights to provide comfort, safety and privacy.
• Transport residents by ambulation or wheelchair to dining, lobby, and activities.
• Report significant findings to the nurse immediately.
• Assist with admission, transfer and discharge for smooth transitions.
• Safeguard residents' personal possessions and keep rooms neat and safe.
• Follow proper infection control techniques and respect residents' privacy.
