Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• State Certified Nursing Assistant License/Certification
• Current CPR certificate or be certified within 90 days of employment (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities under supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Monitor and record vital signs as directed by nursing staff.
• Assist with meals and nutrition according to dietary restrictions.
• Maintain cleanliness of rooms and linens and gather supplies.
