Job summary

Spring Meadows A Villa Center is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join their team and provide patient-centered care under nurse supervision. CNAs assist with daily living activities, monitor residents, and document vital signs in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• State CNA license/certification.
• Current CPR certificate or become certified within 90 days, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living under supervision of a nurse.
• Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and feeding.
• Monitor and report changes in health status to nursing staff.
• Record vital signs and assist with transfers and mobility.
• Maintain clean rooms and linens, and gather supplies as needed.
• Assist in transporting residents to appointments when required.
• All other duties, as assigned.
