Sarasota Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care according to care plans. You will identify residents, assist with daily activities, and maintain up-to-date records while protecting resident privacy.

The role involves supporting residents with daily functions, monitoring conditions, and reporting changes to nursing staff. CPR and state CNA license are preferred or required by state law.

Qualifications

• Must possess at least a 10th grade education.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business materials and regulations.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to present information and respond to questions from managers and employees.

Responsabilités

• Identify residents before administering treatments and other tasks.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident care information and report suspected disclosures.
• Assist residents with daily functions (dental care, bathing, dressing).
• Observe and report skin breakdowns to prevent decubitus ulcers.
• Assist with lifting, turning, moving, and transporting residents as needed.
• Record and report data accurately on flow sheets, notes, and charts.
