Job summary

Wellspring Lutheran Services in Michigan is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate, resident-centered care. You will assist with daily activities, support independence, and build meaningful relationships with residents and families.

Qualifications

• Must hold Michigan CNA license.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support with daily activities to maintain residents’ independence.
• Assist with personal care, mobility, meals, and daily routines with dignity and respect.
• Observe changes in condition and communicate important information to the nursing team.
• Support residents in activities, appointments, meals, worship, and social events.
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and the care team to implement individualized care plans.
• Foster meaningful relationships and contribute to a safe, comfortable daily experience.
