Responsibilities

• Deliver routine nursing care to residents under the direction of the charge nurse.
• Provide a safe and dignified environment for residents per facility policies.
• Observe residents and promptly report changes to licensed staff.
• Assist with grooming, bathing, feeding, toileting, and personal care as needed.
• Maintain residents' comfort, privacy and dignity during care.
