Brightview Senior Living in Massachusetts is seeking compassionate team members to provide warm, engaging personal care services, support and companionship to residents. You will assist with activities of daily living, monitor day-to-day needs with the Nurse to update Care Plans, and encourage participation in community programs and activities to enhance residents' well-being.

A positive attitude and ability to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds are essential.

Qualifications

• You have a positive attitude and love working with people.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Certification as CNA/HHA- Medication Aide is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide warm, engaging personal care services, support and companionship to residents.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Observe changes in residents' day and personal care needs and coordinate with the Nurse to update their Personal Resident Care Plan.
• Encourage resident participation in community programs and activities.
