Brightview Senior Living in Massachusetts is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide warm, engaging personal care, support and companionship to residents. You will assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and monitor changes with the Nurse to update care plans.

Encourage resident participation in community programs and activities. A positive attitude and the right certification are preferred; a high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Positive attitude and love working with people.
• State-required CNA/HHA/CHHA certification is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Use your compassion to provide warm, engaging personal care services, support and companionship.
• Engage and assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Look for changes in residents' day and personal care needs and work with the Nurse to update their personal Resident Care Plan.
• Encourage resident participation in community programs and activities.
