Job summary

Brightview Senior Living is seeking caring professionals in Massachusetts to provide warm, engaging personal care and companionship to residents. You will assist with ADLs, monitor changes in care needs with nursing input, and encourage involvement in community activities.

A CNA/HHA/CHHA certification is a plus and a high school diploma or equivalent is required; shine in a supportive, growth‑driven team with excellent benefits.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have a positive attitude and love working with people.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A current state certification as CNA/HHA/CHHA (Medication Aide) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Use your compassion to provide warm, engaging personal care services, support and companionship.
• Engage and assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Look for changes in residents' day and personal care needs and work with the Nurse to update their personal Resident Care Plan.
• Encourage resident participation in community programs and activities.
