Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A current state CNA/HHA/CHHA or Medication Aide certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, engaging personal care services, support and companionship.
• Engage and assist residents with ADLs and daily routines.
• Monitor day-to-day changes and work with the Nurse to update the Resident Care Plan.
• Encourage resident participation in community programs and activities.
