Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, engaging personal care services, support and companionship using compassion.
• Engage and assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Observe changes in residents' needs and work with the Nurse to update their Personal Resident Care Plan.
• Encourage resident participation in community programs and activities.
