Job summary

Waterford Communities Assisted Living and Memory Care is seeking staff to provide ADL assistance, supervision, and daily living support for residents in a warm, safe environment. Responsibilities include meals, laundry, activity engagement, and maintaining cleanliness of rooms and common areas.

You will follow care plans, communicate changes in residents’ conditions, and coordinate with the Medication Aide and healthcare team.

Qualifications

Must be 16 years of age or older.
Active on Nebraska Certified Nurse Aide registry and CPR Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide ADL assistance and supervision of residents to support their daily living activities.
Assist with meal preparation, serving, and feeding as directed.
Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms, common areas, and building facilities.
Perform laundry and linen duties for residents.
Engage residents in social activities and therapeutic programs.
Record and communicate changes in residents' condition to the Medication Aide and Healthcare Director.
Greet visitors, answer phones, and relay messages per facility procedures.
Adhere to care plans and document care provided according to policy and regulations.
Follow all safety, infection control, and universal precautions.
