Job summary

Sweetwater Care in Capitola, CA seeks a dedicated caregiver to provide ADL support in an Assisted Living setting. You will assist residents with toileting, bathing, grooming, feeding, and mobility, while encouraging social participation and activities.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• State Certification program and updates completed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• CPR, TB, COVID and related certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional ADL services to residents in Assisted Living.
• Assist with toileting, diapering, bathing, feeding and grooming.
• Encourage socialization and participation in activities.
• Participate in ISP development and monthly updates.
• Practice infection control for residents and staff; assist Medication AIDE as needed.
