Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide ADL assistance as defined in resident care plans.

• Prepare meals and assist with serving as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of environment and building.
• Perform laundry duties for residents and facility.
• Engage residents in social activities and orientation.
• Document changes in residents' conditions and notify supervisor.
• Attend mandatory staff meetings and follow policies.
• Adhere to infection control procedures and safety rules.
