Job summary

Harmony Senior Services, LLC is seeking a compassionate CNA/Direct Care Giver to provide quality daily living assistance to residents at our State College, PA community. You will support residents with activities of daily living, encourage independence, participate in activities, document care, and follow policies.

Qualifications

• Must possess current CNA license from the state and be in good standing with the Board of Nursing.
• Effective communication in writing and speaking.
• Ability to work with all levels of personnel and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality care and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Encourage independence and participation in community activities.
• Assist residents with daily tasks and mobility.
• Document care accurately in the daily log and clinical records.
• Respond promptly to resident calls and emergencies and follow safety protocols.
