Job summary

Qualifications

• Completion of a ServSafe Food Handler Certification within 90 days of start date.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Serves high-quality, nourishing meals, snacks, and beverages to residents in consideration of dietary preferences and restrictions.
• Prepares dining areas, providing a clean and welcoming environment for resident social gathering and meals.
• Maintains a sanitary and organized kitchen while ensuring compliance to safety and sanitation protocols.
• Engages with residents in a compassionate and impactful manner, reflecting the values of love, compassion, and dignity in every interaction.
