Strong communication, patience, and a Texas CNA certification are essential. You will document vitals and care activities, collaborate with the care team, and actively engage residents in meaningful activities.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Texas CNA certification and be reliable.
• Baseline ability to record vitals and care metrics.
• Strong communication with residents, families, and team.
• Demonstrates patience, empathy, and respectful care of residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including grooming, bathing, pericare, and dressing.
• Maintain clean resident environment and stocked supplies.
• Support mobility with safe transfers and devices.
• Record vitals, weights, intake/output, and meals accurately.
• Assist with positioning and ROM exercises as directed.
• Engage residents to promote activity and orientation.
