Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
• Assist with feeding, toileting, and ambulating residents as needed.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and progress.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care is delivered to our residents.
