- Must hold a current Texas CNA certification.
- Ability to accurately record vitals, weights, intake/output, and care notes.

- Genuine care for elderly and disabled residents.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care such as grooming, bathing, pericare, and dressing according to care plans.
- Maintain resident environment by changing linens and stocking supplies.
- Support mobility with safe transfers and use of assistive devices.
- Record vitals, weights, intake/output and meal consumption accurately.
- Assist with positioning and range of motion for comfort and safety.
- Lead range of motion exercises and provide reality orientation as directed.
