Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prioritizes and delivers basic patient care, including bathing, toileting, feeding, grooming, etc.
• Performs and documents vital signs and intake/output.
• Transfers patients using proper body mechanics and safe patient handling.
• Reports changes in patient condition to nursing staff.
• Maintains clean and safe patient rooms and beds; prepares units for admissions.
• Applies infection prevention standards and safety protocols.
