Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• 2 years of inpatient hospital experience required; inpatient rehabilitation experience preferred.
• Current state CNA certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct bedside care under RN supervision, including basic tasks.
• Record vital signs, intake/output, weights, and specimens.
• Transfer patients using proper body mechanics.
• Report changes in condition to nursing staff.
• Prepare unit and rooms for admissions.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Respond promptly to patient and family calls.
• Maintain infection prevention standards.
