Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, non-invasive bedside care under RN supervision.
• Record vital signs, intake/output, weights and specimens.
• Assist with patient bathing, toileting, feeding, grooming.
• Support environment safety, infection prevention, and patient comfort.
• Respond promptly to patient and family requests; communicate changes to staff.
• Assist in room preparation and daily patient care activities.
• Document charges accurately using hospital system.
