Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• 2 years inpatient hospital experience preferred, rehab experience a plus.
• Current state CNA certification required.
• BLS certification required.

Responsabilités

• Prioritize and deliver basic patient care: bathing, toileting, feeding, grooming.
• Record vital signs, intake/output, weights, and specimens as directed.
• Assist transfers using proper body mechanics and safe handling.
• Maintain clean, safe patient rooms and equipment.
• Communicate changes in patient condition to nursing staff.
• Support infection prevention practices and safety standards.
• Document care activities and ensure confidentiality.
