Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prioritizes and delivers basic patient care (bathing, toileting, feeding).
• Records vital signs and intake/output data accurately.
• Transfers patients using proper body mechanics.
• Reports changes in patient condition to nursing staff.
• Prepares unit and rooms for admissions.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and organized patient area.
• Responds promptly to patient and family calls.
• Designates applicable charges to patients per hospital system.
• Follows safety and infection prevention standards.
• Completes trainings and other duties as assigned.
