Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care in Raleigh is seeking a compassionate CNA to deliver in-home care to clients. You will assist adults with daily living activities, provide companionship, and support families as part of BAYADA’s Assistive Care team.

We offer training, flexible schedules including full-time and part-time roles, and a culture that values empathy, reliability, and patient-centered care. Travel to clients' homes is required and career advancement support is available.

Qualifications

• Must have completed a recognized CNA training course and be certified to work as a CNA.
• At least one year of work experience preferred.
• Passion for caregiving and helping others.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and activities of daily living
• Offer household support and homemaker services
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding
• Perform range of motion exercises and assist with mobility
• Provide medication reminders and monitor vital signs
• Travel to clients' homes to deliver in-home care
