BAYADA Home Health Care seeks a compassionate CNA to provide in-home care to clients in Durham and surrounding areas under a nurse's plan of care. You will assist with activities of daily living, household tasks, and companionship to help adults stay safe and independent at home.

Qualifications

• Must have completed a recognized CNA training course and be certified.
• At least one year of work experience in caregiving.
• Passionate about private home care and helping others.
• Ability to travel to clients’ homes as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, household support, and companion care per plan.
• Assist with activities of daily living to help clients stay independent.
• Perform meal preparation, light housekeeping, and essential household tasks.
• Monitor health signs and report changes to RN.
• Maintain compassionate, safe, and reliable care in clients' homes.
