Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care in the Chapel Hill area seeks a dedicated CNA to deliver personal care, household support, and companionship to adults at home. You will follow a written plan of care established by a registered nurse.

You will work one-on-one with clients, assisting with bathing, grooming, meals, mobility, and safety while being supported by BAYADA’s training and team resources. Your empathy and reliability matter here.

Qualifications

• One year of work experience in caregiving or related field.
• Completed CNA training and certified to work as a CNA.
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful with clients and families.
• Willingness to travel to clients' homes as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting, etc.) to clients in home settings.
• Perform household support tasks and homemaker duties as needed.
• Provide meal preparation and feeding assistance.
• Assist with mobility and transfers, using appropriate devices.
• Remind clients about medications and monitor vital signs.
