Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate CNA to provide in-home personal care, companionship, and household support to clients in the Raleigh area. You will follow a nurse’s care plan to help adults live safely and independently at home, building meaningful relationships and delivering high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Have at least one year of work experience.
• Have successfully completed a recognized CNA training course and be certified to work as a Certified Nursing Assistant.
• A passion for caregiving and helping others.
• Ability to travel to clients’ homes as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Following a written plan of care by a registered nurse, provide personal care, household support, and companion care to help adults stay safe and independent at home.
• Assist with activities of daily living, meal preparation, mobility, and other tasks as outlined in the care plan.
