Qualifications

• Current NC CNA Certification is required.
• TB test current or valid.
• BLS Certification (American Heart Association) preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Medication reminders.
• Mobility assistance and transfers.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
• Follow individualized care plans and agency policies.
• Vital sign checks.
