The CNA will help residents stay independent, assist with daily living activities, and report changes to the RN. A caring, dependable CNA will thrive in our supportive, mission-driven environment. Position Type: Part-Time with benefits; schedule varies including every other weekend and holiday rotations.

Qualifications

• Must be on the MN Registry.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work a consistent work schedule.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsabilités

• Help residents reach and maintain independence with personal care and daily living activities.
• Assist with treatments as delegated by the RN per care plan.
• Take and record temperature, BP, weight, pulse and respiration; report changes to the RN.
• Document services on the charting system.
• Assist residents with prescribed program activities.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition to the supervisor.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.
