Lakeside Generations, a Cassia senior community, is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). You will join a team that will foster your skills and help you grow your career.

In addition to great benefits, we are offering up to a $2,500 Bonus! As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Lakeside Generations, you’ll help residents maintain independence by assisting with personal care, daily activities, and treatments.

Formación

• Excellent communication skills.
• Must be on MN Registry.
• Ability to work a consistent work schedule.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.

Responsabilidades

• Help residents reach and maintain independence by assisting with personal care and daily living activities.
• Assist with treatments as delegated by the Registered Nurse per care plan.
• Take and record temperature, blood pressure, weight, pulse and respiration; report changes to the RN.
• Document services performed on computerized charting system.
• Assist residents with prescribed program activities.
• Observe resident and report changes in condition to the supervisor.
