Job summary

Baptist Health & Rehab, a Cassia community, is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our care team with best-in-class shift incentives. We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus and opportunities for career growth through advancement and development programs.

Part-time CNA positions include shift incentives and a pathway to benefits. As a CNA, you’ll assist residents with personal care, daily activities, and treatments, document care, and report changes to the RN.

Qualifications

• Current ND Nursing Assistant certification required.
• Strong communication skills to interact with residents and staff.
• Ability to work a consistent work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Help residents with personal care and daily living activities.
• Assist with treatments as delegated by the RN per individual care plan.
• Record vital signs and report changes to the RN.
• Document services using computerized charting system.
• Support residents with prescribed program activities.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition to the supervisor.
