Lakeside Health and Rehabilitation in Richmond, VA is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our long-term care family. We offer Day and Evening shifts, full-time and part-time options with a $5,000 sign-on bonus and access to Daily Pay.

This role provides competitive pay ($19.00–$21.72/hr) with shift differentials, comprehensive benefits, onboarding, and opportunities for advancement in a warm, family-like culture.

Competenze

• CNA certification in good standing in the relevant state.
• Experience in long-term care or senior living preferred.
• Compassionate, reliable, and patient-centered.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.

Mansioni

• Provide basic nursing care under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Assist residents with daily care: bathing, grooming, hygiene.
• Change linens and keep residents dry.
• Maintain infection control in units and rooms.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Transport residents to appointments and activities.
• Record vital signs as instructed.
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs.
• Report changes in residents’ condition to the supervisor.
• Support ongoing training, orientation, and CEU activities.
