Job summary

Sanford Health is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide resident-centered care in our long-term and sub-acute units in Bemidji, MN. You will assist with activities of daily living, mobility, and vital signs under the supervision of licensed staff.

This is a union-position, day-shift role with 32 hours per week. The compensation includes an hourly range of $22.50–$26.71, a $0.50 premium per hour, and a $10,000 bonus for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• CNA certification required and current or in process.
• Minimum age 16 years old; high school/GED typical requirement.
• Satisfactory completion of state CNA certification process and ongoing continuing education credits.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, transfers, and mobility.
• Provide meals, hydration, and support with dining experience.
• Document care provided and any changes in resident condition.
• Support housekeeping and laundry to maintain clean, safe living areas.
