Plymouth Place Senior Living in La Grange Park, IL is hiring CNAs to provide basic nursing and personal care for residents on 12-hour shifts.

You will assist with hygiene, mobility, feeding, and activities, document care, and support a restorative approach while maintaining a safe, homelike environment.

This full-time position requires CNA certification and CPR; state-approved training completed.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a State approved CNA course. Successful CNA competency testing.
• Basic Life Support (CPR)

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with hygiene, mobility, toileting, and eating.
• Document care and report changes to licensed staff.
• Support restorative care and meaningful activities.
• Welcome new residents and families and assist with move-ins.
• Respond to call lights promptly and ensure resident safety.
• Participate in performance improvement activities.
• Maintain a clean, homelike environment.
